How does it work?
1. Download the app and follow the prompts for installation
2. The app will automatically run whenever your computer starts
3. Every 50 minutes a small window will pop up at the bottom right of your screen and one of the characters will tell you what to do. If it is an exercise then a video demo is provided.
The app can be turned off or reset at any time
