Managing Back Pain and Leg Pain

As we explained in the pain management page, there are many possible causes of low back pain. It is often the sedentary nature or extremely vigorous nature of our occupations and lifestyles, that leads to back pain. So whether you are sitting behind a computer for 7-12 hours a day or lugging bricks and digging holes, to help prevent episodes of lower back pain it is vital that you develop a strong base level of core stability. Exercise Program for Lower back & Leg Pain

Our programs are designed to improve and maintain stability of the lumbar-pelvic region (core) by activating and strengthening specific muscles through gentle and easy exercises you can do at home. A strong core will make your body much more resilient in coping with life’s physical stresses.
All programs are available to members and include video demonstrations so you can make sure your technique is correct. Correct technique will deliver the best possible results.
