The Office Health Desktop Application - A fun reminder application designed for desk workers

Sitting at a desk for lond periods of time can lead to lower back pain and tension in the upper back, shoulders and neck as well as headaches. The most common cause of this pain is bad desk posture and lack of mobility.

If someone could just remind me to stretch & move!

We have designed a fun desktop application that will remind you to: adjust your posture, take a break as well as perform some simple exercises.
Your new friends in the app will also show you video demonstrations of each exercise from a small window on your desktop. The difference to your work performance as well as pain relief will be awesome!

How does it work?

The app is free to download for all members and it works like this:

1. Download the app and follow the prompts for installation
2. The appl will automatically run whenever your computer starts
3. Every 50 minutes a small window will pop up at the bottom right of your screen and one of the characters will tell you what to do. If it is an exercise then a video demo is provided.
The app can be turned off or reset at any time
